What are the different service plans available?
We offer three plans: Essential, Exclusive, and Ultimate. Each plan includes resume services, job applications, and recruiter support, with Exclusive and Ultimate plans offering additional benefits like interview counselling, email assistance, and a dedicated relationship manager.
Is there a refund policy in case I don’t get a job?
Yes, refunds are available under specific conditions based on your service plan and job search duration. Refunds range from 30% to 80%, depending on the time elapsed and willingness to relocate or switch industries.
What happens if I lose my job within five months of joining?
If your job loss is due to external reasons (layoffs, budget cuts, etc.) and not your fault (performance or misconduct), we’ll gladly resume our services for four additional months at no extra charge—just ensure your plan remains active and valid documents are submitted.
Can I apply for jobs on my own while using your services?
To ensure your profile is managed efficiently and to avoid conflicts or duplication, we ask that you do not apply to jobs independently once our services begin. This helps protect your reputation with employers and ensures consistent applications.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
You are expected to provide accurate information, actively participate in the process, remain professional, follow all agreed policies, and promptly communicate decisions. These actions help us serve you better and get faster results.
Do I have to accept every job offer I receive?
If the job offer meets your pre-agreed criteria (salary, role, location), you are expected to accept it. Declining such offers may result in full-service fees becoming due, as our efforts and resources have already been invested on your behalf.
What is the salary expectation range used for job placements?
We follow standard U.S. market salary benchmarks based on experience:
- 0–3 yrs: $50K–$60K
- 3–5 yrs: $60K–$70K
- 5–8 yrs: $70K–$100K
- 8–10 yrs: $100K–$150K
- 10+ yrs: $150K+
These are tentative and may vary depending on role, location, and technologies.
How are payments structured?
Payments are made in phases—some upfront, others during milestones like offer receipt. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or PayPal. You’ll receive receipts and confirmations for all transactions.
Is there a charge if I change jobs after accepting an offer?
If you switch to a lower-paid job offer after accepting a no-sponsorship offer and before completing payment installments, the original payment obligations remain unchanged.
What communication channels are used for support?
We communicate via text, WhatsApp, and phone calls between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. For urgent matters, calls may be made without prior notice. All communication remains professional and confidential.
What should I do if I have concerns about billing or charges?
Simply reach out to us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or payment processor. We’re committed to resolving all concerns in a transparent and professional manner.
Is my data kept confidential?
Absolutely. We follow strict confidentiality protocols to protect your personal and professional information throughout our engagement.
What happens if I decline an offer due to salary?
If the offer is within the standard agreed salary range, declining it would make you liable for the full-service fee. This is to ensure fairness and commitment to the process.
Can I get a refund if I don’t relocate or am from a NON-IT background?
Refunds are still available, though at a reduced rate (typically 30%) for clients unwilling to relocate, transitioning from NON-IT to IT, or on H1B visas due to limited job availability.
How is service quality ensured?
We assign highly skilled recruiters, conduct personalized training sessions, and follow a structured service timeline to ensure you get the best support and outcomes.
Can I cancel my service mid-way?
Yes, but please note that cancellation terms apply. Depending on your plan and timing, you may not be eligible for a refund, especially under the Essential plan.
